![]() The first 72 hour deadline is rubbish if they then wait to find out if it there are documents. I was then told I need to wait up to another 72 hours for my documents to be reviewed, before the withdrawal process could begin? Why when I first tried to withdraw wasn’t I told this, why wasn’t I informed when I asked if docs were needed, why do I need to wait again. After 72 hours of my withdrawal passing, I again went through live chat asking why it had taken so long. On Thursday I received an email saying please upload documents, to which I did within an hour of the email being received. They said 72 hours to which i said do I need to provide any documents to help speed this up (some online casinos do not need this now if the players details are recognised from other sites). On Tuesday after reading reviews I contacted customer service through live chat, asking how long withdrawals take. I have never received such poor customer service.
